Sailing excursions to the Piana Island in Sardinia

In high demand, but only in favorable marine weather conditions, is the more distant Isola Piana: The stretch of sea that separates it from neighboring Corsica is considered one of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean, so much so that it looks like a Polynesian lagoon with crystal-clear waters in all shades of turquoise. Astrip of soft, off-white sand in the shape of an arch, covered by only a foot of water, creates a transition between the Piana Island and the mother island.
