Beautiful cottage furnished with solid wood furniture, typical of Sardinia. The house consists of a large living room with a table for eight people, a large open kitchen with a convenient separate storage room, a master bedroom with a sea view, a second bedroom overlooking the private garden, which can accommodate up to 4 guests and has a private bathroom. There are 2 windowed bathrooms, both with a large shower.

Thelarge terrace, in continuity with the living room, is equipped with teak wood table, chairs and armchairs and covered with a wooden frame. Ideal for relaxing and spending wonderful summer evenings.

The house, on the ground floor, is very safe and suitable for families with children and the elderly. Equipped with common-use appliances (refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, electric broom, coffee maker, hair dryer, etc.). The windows in the rooms are protected by mosquito nets. The house can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The Villetta Verde is air-conditioned and comes complete with bed and bath linens. WI-FI is also available to guests.
