The house is located on the second floor of the semi-detached building. It has a double exposure and consists of a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony and the other overlooking the terrace, a bathroom with a window and a large utility room. A large covered terrace, furnished with a table and armchairs, completes the apartment. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, electric broom, coffee maker). The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The house is air-conditioned and comes complete with bed and bath linens. WI-FI is also available to guests.
