Vacation home La Maddalena: Villetta Rosa

Very comfortable small villa, totally renovated in 2023, in green and well-maintained environment, with large patio and garden. The house, on the ground floor, is very safe and suitable for families with children and the elderly.

Villetta Rosa consists of a large living room with a fireplace and kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a room with a wolf’s mouth window where there are two single beds that can be joined. The bathroom has a window and a large shower. In the living room there is a full-size sofa bed.

Outside, the patio is furnished with table, chairs and lounge chairs, and there is also a large fireplace for barbecue. The house is equipped with common-use appliances (fridge-freezer, washing machine, TV, electric broom, coffee maker, hair dryer, etc.). It can accommodate up to 5 guests.

Villetta Rosa is air-conditioned and comes complete with bed and bath linens. WI-FI is also available to guests.
